MAST EXHIBITION: Orpington Residents Against Masts is holding an exhibition at Crofton Halls' main hall, York Rise, Orpington, on June 16. The event from 7pm to 9pm, will include information on how to protect your family, radiation testing and getting involved with national lobby groups. The organisation is mounting a legal challenge against Bromley Council and will be asking for donations on the night.
GROUP MEETING: Save Waldens Farm Group is hosting a public meeting from 7.30pm on Tuesday at Temple Hall, High Street, St Mary Cray. The agenda includes updates on the continuing occupation of the Waldens Farm green belt site from committee members, councillors and Orpington MP John Horam.
YOUNG VISITORS: Students from Hong Kong will be visiting the area from mid-July to the beginning of August. Anyone interested in hosting a young person between the ages of 13 and 16 should call the Excel Communication Institute on 020 8466 7070.
ARABIC DANCE: Belly dancer Jacqueline Chapman is running a series of classical Arabic belly dancing classes at the Priory Leisure Centre, Tintagel Road, Orpington, on Wednesdays from 7.15pm to 8.15pm. No booking is necessary. Call 020 8300 7616.
BE CRAFTY: A Come Celebrate Creation craft and activity fair is being held at St Peter and St Paul Church, Church Road, Bromley, from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, in aid of Bromley Welcare.
