A TASTE of Latin America came to the borough as alfresco Argentine tango was danced in a park.
Terry Badis, 72, and his wife Sandra, 65, from Orpington, gave lessons in Queens Gardens, Kentish Way, Bromley, on Sunday.
The couple have been dance partners for nearly 50 years and took up tango four years ago.
The grandparents-of-three have been teaching the dance for three-and-a-half months.
Mrs Badis said: "The music and dance are beautiful. It's a sultry, sexy dance, blending the many European cultures that emigrated to Buenos Aires, including Italian."
Tango in the Park will take place on the first Sunday of every month until September. For details call 01689 851352.
