THE funeral of Steven Carrigan-Cole was held last week.
The service was held at St Augustine's Church, Beckenham Hill Road, Beckenham.
Eighteen-year-old Steven (pictured) was killed outside the Coach and Horses pub, Lewisham High Street, with a toasting fork on July 17.
Mark Parker, aged 18, of Romborough Way, Lewisham, is due to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow charged with Steven's murder.
Aaron Jackman, aged 21, also of Romborough Way, and Joel McPherson, aged 21, of Brownhill Road, Catford, will also appear charged with murder and violent disorder.
A 27-year-old man arrested on July 18 in connection with Steven's death has been released without charge.
