I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-
PAVILION AND PUBLIC CONVENIENCES, CONEY HALL RECREATION GROUND, LAYHAMS ROAD, WEST WICKHAM (10/00135)
Applicant: Parklands Nursery (Mrs Alison Regester) Proposal: Single storey extension to pavilion building.
COMPOST SITE ON LAND OFF COOKHAM ROAD, SWANLEY (09/03618)
Applicant: TJ Composting Services Ltd Proposal: Composting facility comprising buildings for reception of food and green waste, anaerobic digestion process, digestate maturation process and conversion of methane gas to electricity together with liquid feed tanks, bays/structures to store finished products, biofilters beds, car parking, improvements to existing secondary vehicular access and upgrading of existing hard surfaces (to replace existing open window composting facility).
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the above applications, the plans and other documents submitted with them at the Planning and Engineering Reception Counter, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. You may also view this application and the associated documentation via our Public Access Internet Service at www.bromley.gov.uk/planningaccess. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Council for the attention of the Chief Planner at the above address by 24.03.2010 quoting the reference number as given above.
