London Mayor, Boris Johnson, has launched a pioneering public consultation on how to tackle climate change in the capital.
He has launched a website where people living in London can air their views on the subject, post their own ideas on how to tackle the problem and vote on Mr Johnson’s own action plan proposals.
The idea is to enable more people to take part in the consultations, and the Mayor has promised to incorporate the best suggestions submitted by the public into his action plan.
Also on the website will be a series of photographs of famous people, from the Archbishop of Canterbury to Gary Lineker, with their thoughts on the subject.
The consultation last until May 9, and to upload your views and suggestions go to london.gov.uk/climatechange
