A GUIDE designed to empower disabled people to get out and about and do what they want to do is now online.
DisabledGo – Bromley has worked with shops, pubs, restaurants and theatres to provide disability access details for public venues across the borough.
By logging on to DisabledGo.com people can check, for example, whether a pub is accessible to a wheelchair user, whether a hotel offers adapted rooms, and whether a restaurant offers menus in large print or Braille.
The guide has been developed with sponsorship from Bromley Council and with the full involvement of local people with disabilities.
