PEOPLE were given an education in nutritious eating at a health open day.
The Mick Jagger Centre in Shepherds Lane, Dartford, hosted exhibitions and lectures by experts in natural health, with advice ranging from enhancing fertility and the libido to avoiding viruses and treating disease.
Organised by Food for Living, more than 100 visitors were treated to sampling and testing products and took home a few freebies.
Food for Living proprietor John Frisby said: “A lot of people said the quality of lectures was better than what they had paid money for.
“They were really pleased with the content.
“The feedback overall was excellent.”
