I give notice of the following Public Inquiry
Planning Appeal by Relta Limited

Appeal against refusal of a planning permission for Mixed use redevelopment comprising basement car parking and 2 part five/ six/ seven/ eight storey blocks for use as Class B1 office accommodation (6884 sqm)/ Class A1 retail (449 sqm)/ Class A3 cafe/ restaurant (135 sqm)/ Class D1 creche (437 sqm) and 149 flats (32 one bedroom/ 78 two bedroom/ 39 three bedroom).
DATE OF INQUIRY: 16th March 2009 starting at 10.00am
VENUE: Committee Room, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend to decide the appeal. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry.
Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector’s discretion give their views on the proposed development.
