LACE up your hiking boots and march down to a country park to learn more about the benefits of walking.
The Bromley Countryside Service has organised an afternoon of events which promotes walking in the borough and highlights how taking a stroll can help towards a healthy lifestyle.
The walking promotion day is being held at the High Elms Country Park in Shire Lane, Farnborough, from noon on March 7.
Countryside officers will be joined by various walking groups from around the borough and there will also be the chance to buy some equipment and clothing from local outdoor specialists.
Anyone interested in taking part should meet at the BEECHE centre in the country park.
Call the countryside service on 01689 862815 for more details. The event runs until 4pm.
