A HOSPICE is set to restart its schedule of coffee mornings to raise much-needed cash.
EllenorLions Hospices holds its first one at the hospice in Coldharbour Road, Northfleet, from 10am to 12pm on February 26.
There will be stalls selling jewellery, books, homemade cakes, with the chance to buy a raffle ticket, as well as music from accordionist Nina Hayward.
Last year the coffee mornings, which would draw on average up to 150 people each week, raised £16,000 alone for the hospice.
Entrance is 50p, which includes either a tea or coffee and biscuits.
This year is especially significant for the hospice, which cares for people in Bexley, Dartford and Gravesend, as it celebrates its Silver Jubilee.
