MOTORISTS should avoid the M20 following a serious crash near Brands Hatch.
Kent police were called at 3.35pm today after reports of a collision between a lorry and a car on the London-bound carriageway between junctions two and one.
The slip onto the carriageway at junction two has been closed.
Officers are also preparing to shut the London-bound carriageway at junction three to allow emergency services to attend.
Traffic will be diverted onto the M26.
