A FOOTBALL club has had its coveted charter standard renewed in recognition of its all-round high standards.
Ryman Premier League leaders Dartford FC were presented with the FA Charter Standard before their match against Sutton United.
The award shows a club is well-run, both financially and by the standard of coaching provided at youth level.
Not only must coaches be of a certain standard, they must be first aid trained while youth coaches must be CRB checked.
Club chairman Dave Skinner said: “This award displays the club’s commitment to grassroots football in the area and it is pleasing to see the club’s hard work has been rewarded with such a prestigious award.”
