Proposal: Use of detached single storey timber building as florist business RETROSPECTIVE APPLICATION .
CROUCH FARM, CROCKENHILL ROAD, SWANLEY (10/00211)
Applicant: A W Batchelor and Sons
Proposal: Change of use of agricultural buildings to Class B1/B8 commercial use including elevational alterations and ancillary car and van parking spaces.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the above applications, the plans and other documents submitted with them at the Planning and Engineering Reception Counter, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
