TEN new comedians who have undergone six weeks of training to become stand-ups will be playing one of their first gigs at Greenwich's Up The Creek comedy club next Tuesday.
The students include a church minister, an East London market trader, a prison officer and a radio station newsreader - all of whom have never performed stand-up comedy before.
As well as the newbies, the night will include an experienced MC and a leading headline act.
The Comedy Course Showcase. Up The Creek Comedy Club, Creek Road , Greenwich. Tuesday, February 16. 8pm. £5. For more information, visit londoncomedycourse.com
