FOOTBALL fans will be given help to kick their bad habits with a free health check at this weekend’s Millwall match.
The check-up, provided by the Millwall Community Scheme and NHS Lewisham, will take place before the match with Norwich on Saturday.
Health trainers will be providing healthy lifestyle information and advice including better eating, sensible drinking, and stress management.
Lions fans will also be challenged to tests of strength, offered a breath and lung test to see how much they smoke and given blood pressure and cholesterol checks.
Millwall manager Kenny Jackett, captain Paul Robinson and midfielder Marc Laird have already had their blood pressure taken by the health trainers.
