Thamesmead Town 0-3 Romford
After a run of just one defeat in nine previous matched, Romford put paid to the good run of form running out comfortable 3-0 winners against Thamesmed.
Starting with pace and energy, a relentless Romford took the lead on twenty minutes when Kurt Smiths low shot hit both uprights before hitting the net.
The lead was extended on a very boggy pitch on 68 minutes when Matt Tomms poked the ball over the line.
The win was sealed when Smith scored again with four minutes to go.
The result sees Mead slip to third in the table. Heads must be heald high in order to gain points away at Brentwood on Saturday.
