TWO teenagers from St Paul’s Cray have been charged with murdering a doctor near Buckingham Palace.
Nadim Gulamhuseinwala was left in a critical condition after being attacked and robbed in Green Park, near The Ritz hotel, in the early hours of July 25.
Mr Gulamhuseinwala, believed to be a management consultant and qualified doctor, died on Wednesday (August 5) and detectives launched a murder inquiry.
Thomas Connor, of Curtismill Way, and William Paton, of Clarendon Way, both aged 19, have been charged with murder and robbery.
The pair appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (August 7).
During a brief hearing, both men were remanded in custody until they appear at the Old Bailey on November 13.
A third 19-year-old man was arrested in Portsmouth earlier this week and taken to a central London police station.
He has since been released without charge.
