DARTFORD: 22-year-old accused of burglary while armed with knife
A 22-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of burgling a house while armed with a kitchen knife.
Billy Simpson, who has no fixed address but is known to stay in Dartford, faced a charge of aggravated burglary at Dartford Magistrates’ Court today (August 5).
He is alleged to have broken into a house in Swaisland Road, Dartford, on June 13 and taken an iPod, a set of golf clubs, a mobile phone and a laptop.
Simpson was remanded into custody until August 17, when he is set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court to enter a plea.
