A 30-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with racially abusing a police officer.
Raymond Yeoman is also charged with wounding with intent in relation to an incident at The Three Daws pub, Town Pier, Gravesend, on Friday (July 31).
A 20-year-old man suffered cuts to his back in the alleged assault.
Yeoman, of Augustine Road, Gravesend, appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and was remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on August 14.
