Bromley Magistrates' Court
A 47-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear in court today (July 31) charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Stephen Mackay, from Aldershot in Hampshire, is alleged to have attacked the girl in Sundridge Park on July 14.
Mackay was due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court this morning after being arrested in Surrey yesterday afternoon (July 30).
