POLICE will be on hand at a supermarket to give advice to residents on crime prevention.
The Safer Lewisham bus, in partnership with the police and Lewisham Council, will be parked up at the Sainsbury’s Savacentre, Southend Lane, Sydenham, next Wednesday (August 6), from 11am to 4pm.
Police officers and experts from Lewisham Council’s community safety team will be on board to give information and advice to visitors on preventing car crime and burglary.
The purpose of the project is to reduce crime by working with residents in their area.
