POLICE want to trace a driver who failed to stop after a collision which injured two women.
The crash happened on May 10 in Greenwich High Street near the junction with Greenwich South Street at around 12.30am.
The two women had just finished work and were using the pedestrian crossing when a vehicle heading west into Greenwich South Street hit them and drove off.
One of the women, aged 23, received a broken nose, facial injuries and bruising to her body, the other woman, aged 19, suffered a broken leg, and a dislocated shoulder and elbow.
The vehicle is believed to be a silver Volkswagen Polo with a partial registration number of LY51 or LY57.
Police are asking if any local garages or paint shops carried out repairs to a car of that description after May 10.
