TWENTY five chefs will be competing in a jerk cookout at the Horniman Museum next month.
The annual Jerk Cookout contest at the Forest Hill museum also includes live music from artists such as Levi Roots, craft stalls, a sports day and of course the chance to sample some good grub.
The free event takes place in the gardens on Sunday, August 9 from 1pm to 6pm.
Judges Floella Benjamin, Brenda Emmanus and Charlene White will sample the tucker and give their verdicts between 4pm and 5pm.
