GRAVESEND: Three men to stand trial for alleged assault
THREE men will stand trial accused of assaulting a 20-year-old man and causing him a serious eye injury.
Gravesend residents Aaron Moon, aged 22, of Valley Drive, Bradley Wood, aged 20, of York Road, and Jake Whittington, aged 18, of York Road, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court.
They are all charged with causing GBH, possessing an offensive weapon and threats of violence.
All three pleaded not guilty to all charges, and will now stand trial at the court on March 1 next year.
They were bailed until the trial.
The charges relate to an alleged incident in Princes Road, Gravesend, on January 11.
