POLICE are investigating an incident in which shots were fired at a block of flats.
It happened at around 12.45am in Victoria Way, Charlton on July 24.
Police say a gun was fired at a block of flats in Mascalls Court but no-one was injured.
Detective Constable Steve Gallone from Operation Trident, the Met’s black-on-black gun crime division, said whoever did the shooting drove off in a dark blue Ford Focus with tinted windows.
Appealing for information, he said: "This is a main road in the area, linking upper and lower Charlton, used as a short cut by many vehicles.
"There is a considerable amount of housing in the area and someone may have heard the shots and been looking out of the window."
Anyone with information should call 020 8785 8580, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
