YOUNGSTERS have shown off their skills dancing, singing and filming skill during a music showcase.
Bromley Mytime’s ‘ArtsTrain’ project gave the children the opportunity to put on a show at Bromley Civic Centre in Stockwell Close, Bromley.
The project, which has been running across the area since last year, has provided more than 150 young people with access to weekly sessions and the chance to work alongside professional musicians.
They choose to learn different things including MCing, DJing, music production and film production.
The recent event featured guest artists Faith SFX, the UK beatbox champion and the Vortex dance crew.
Keith Sykes, youth development manager for Bromley Mytime said: “The event provided the opportunity for 72 young people to perform and for friends and family to witness first hand the result of all of the year’s hard work.
“The crowd of more than 250 spectators created an electric environment for the performers to display their talent.
