Fire fighters used hoses to put out the blaze
THREE people were evacuated from a house last night (July 20) following a fire.
Fire fighters were called to the two-floor home in Eastleigh Road, Barnehurst, at 11.09pm.
They used hoses and breathing apparatus to extinguish the flames.
A man and woman were evacuated from the building and one woman suffering from shock was treated by ambulance at the scene.
The fire brigade says some minor damage was caused to the first floor of the property.
