RESIDENTS are invited to have their say about care services in the borough.
Care Quality Commission inspectors are visiting Bromley and want to hear residents’ views about how the council supports elderly people and their carers.
They want to hear about the range of services Bromley Council arranges and how easy it is to get information to help residents make decisions.
The inspectors also want to hear how well services respond to people’s individual needs and preferences and so on.
Anyone who has a view can give their opinions at a two hour meeting on August 11 at 6pm in Community House, South Street, Bromley.
If you aren’t able to attend, the inspectors would still like to hear from you by writing to Timothy Willis, Lead Inspector, Care Quality Commission, Caledonia House, 3rd Floor, 223 Pentonville Road, London N1 9NG or call 020 7855 0557 or email timothy.willis@cqc.org.uk
