A TEENAGER has caused a stir in the financial world with his insights into youngsters' use of the media.
Matthew Robson, aged 15, who attends Kidbrooke School, spent two weeks at the finance company, Morgan Stanley, in Canary Wharf on a work experience placement.
While there he wrote a report called How Teenagers Consume Media touching on issues such as youngsters' lack of interest in newspapers, their reluctance to pay for music and their reliance on mobile phones.
The report has been read across the globe with banks in the US, Australia and Japan commenting on how useful and interesting the piece has been.
Speaking about his time at Morgan Stanley, he said: "Work experience gives you a really good idea for your future career.
"Mine has been brilliant, interesting and fun and I'm definitely thinking of going into banking in the future."
