Proposal: Mixed use redevelopment comprising basement car parking and 2 part five/ six/ seven/ eight storey blocks for use as Class B1 office accommodation (6884 sqm)/ Class A1 retail (449 sqm)/ Class A3 cafe/ restaurant (135 sqm); Class D1 creche (437 sqm) and 149 flats (32 one bedroom/ 78 two bedroom/ 39 three bedroom).
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
