CREATIVE youngsters across the south east have the chance to make a difference to society.
Teens aged between 14 and 19 years old can put forward their ideas for the ‘Reaching for Gold’ competition.
Ideas must be based around either youth, community or disability and all projects must include opportunities for international collaboration as the youngsters will work creatively with their peers from overseas.
The successful people will also have the chance to be mentored to help them prepare for a Dragon’s Den style final to be held at Windsor Castle in December.
The competition is being run by the South East England Development Agency which is working with other organisations with the aim of improving the area's future economy.
Applications must be submitted by August 21 and winning applicants will receive a trophy and £5,000 towards developing the winning project.
