PUPILS are celebrating the arrival of a new batch of laptop computers.
The new equipment at Morden Mount Primary School, in Lewisham Road, on the Lewisham and Greenwich border, were funded through Greenwich Neighbourhood Renewal as part its programme to boost family learning.
The programme has also helped fund the school in setting up a pupils' counselling service called Place 2 Be and supports a community development worker at the school to help set up parents' classes and community events.
Deputy headteacher Lesley Chapman said: "The laptops are amazing.
"We can now teach information and communications technology to a whole class instead of children crowding around one computer."
