So the corrupt vermin scurrying around the Palace of Westminster have issued “a damning report” about the policing of the G20 protests - I'm surprised they had time to do this report, with all the expense claims they have to put in each month.

But the fact that a group of corrupt scum have said that “holding protesters in a small area for hours is unacceptable” apparently makes it factually correct. Utter b*ll*cks!.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing on a quiet Monday morning when order has been restored. The fact is that “Kettling” as its been called is basically a non violent way of controlling demonstrators. It's either that or let the demonstrators run amok and damage the surrounding property, at which time the police would no doubt be criticised again. I have every sympathy with the police - if protesters don't like such treatment then stay away.

Why should I pay taxes to support a rabble with widely differing reasons to join in - such ill defined protests achieve nothing. A peaceful demonstration is something we can't have nowadays because the 'rent-a-mob' freaks are all too available.

As usual MPs are out of touch with the 'mainstream' thought of the general public. Mind you, we could, of course, get the army out on the streets ..... then the liberals really would have something to complain about!
