A SERIES of events are planned to mark three years until the London 2012 Olympics.
The Greenwich activities will form part of 74 events taking place across London from July 24 to July 26.
These include the chance to jam with members of StreetVibes music workshops at their centre in Modern House, Eltham High Street, on July 24.
For a different style of music, join a choir at Greenwich Park on July 25 from 10am under the direction of East London Chorus choir’s music director Alex Chaplin.
Or people can bring their mobile phones along and join in an interactive story, following the clues, in The Big Woolwich Txt Game, starting from the Greenwich Heritage Centre, Artillery Square, on July 25 from 10am to 5pm.
Residents can also take part in a weekend of moon-inspired events to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing at the Royal Observatory.
