I've caved in already- returned to my old travel card.
I just couldn't take getting those two trains there and back to work each day.
It seemed like my life was monopolised by traveling stresses.
When I woke up this morning, I just couldn't get myself up early enough to catch the first train.. so I didn't.
I stayed in bed just those few extra minutes more and got the later, direct train.
And it was worth it, I don't regret it.
Yes, it means that I can't afford to buy anything else but food, and I have to be careful in those choices as it is.
My budget has fallen down to £30 a week.
But at the same time, it doesn't matter as much because the weather is improving
