THE trial of the man accused of murdering Harry Potter actor Rob Knox begins at the Old Bailey on Monday.
Karl Bishop, aged 21, of Beaver Lodge, Carlton Road, Sidcup, denies stabbing to death 18-year-old Mr Knox, outside the Metro Bar in Station Road, Sidcup, on May 24 last year.
Mr Knox, of Maidstone Road, Sidcup, suffered five stab wounds and died at Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, from internal bleeding.
Bishop is also charged with wounding five other people: Dean Saunders, Andrew Dormer, Nicky Lee Jones, Charley Grimley and Tom Hopkins, with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Mr Knox was on a night out with his younger brother Jamie and friends and had just finished filming the part of Marcus Belby in the up-coming Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
His parents Sally and Colin have taken part in a number of anti-knife crime initiatives since their son's death.
