DAREDEVIL Dan Keel successfully completed a half-marathon last month - but for his next challenge he will be going on a different kind of run.
Dan has never been a fan of foreign food.
He is English through-and-through and scoffs at the thought of herbs and spices polluting his British-bulldog body.
He likes his food plain, bland, tasteless and over-cooked - the British way.
But in early December Dan will take a trip to three separate curry houses in the area - The Madhuwan in Bromley, Bengal Diners in Orpington and the Dhaba in Chislehurst.
He will eat a meal from all three with each curry slowly increasing in hotness.
Finally, on December 3, he will attempt to eat a Hot Chicken Chilli Fry prepared by the head chef of the Dhaba - who will cook the hottest curry he has ever made.
As always, Dan's mission of eating the food will be recorded and shown on News Shopper's website.
