The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places) Order 2004
The Bromley (Free Parking Places)(Disabled Persons) Order 2003 (Amendment No.22) Order 2008. (Glebe Road, Bromley)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 30th October 2008 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 17th November 2008.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
a) amend some of the existing shared use bays to Permit Holder Only bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
b) introduce a new disabled parking bay as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

PARKING BAYS
Permit Holders Only:-
GLEBE ROAD, Bromley, (a) the north side, from a point 3m east of the party wall of Nos. 21 & 23 eastwards to a point 1m east of the party wall of Nos. 41 & 43. (10 parking spaces); (b) the south side, from a point 11m east of the eastern kerbline of College Road eastwards to a point 5m east of the party wall of Nos. 10 & 12. (6 parking spaces)
DISABLED PARKING
Disabled Parking Bay – at any time:-
GLEBE ROAD, Bromley, the north side, outside Nos. 21 & 23.
