AROUND 200 people have turned up to watch a remembrance day parade.
The parade took place on November 9 in the recreation ground in London Road, Stone.
It was organised by Stone Parish Council and was made up of five troops which included scouts, beavers and cubs.
Others also attended including the deputy leader of Dartford Council Councillor Tony Martin and the mayor of Dartford Councillor Ian Armitt.
As well as the parade there was also a service which included a choir, a reading and wreath laying.
Clerk to the council Jennie Thomas said: “It was a great event and this year we had even more in attendance.
“It also confirmed that having an event like this is welcome in the community.”
