VICTIMS of crime are being encouraged to have their say on the service they have received from police.
From November 1 Kent police officers have been giving feedback surveys to every victim or reporter of crime they come into contact with, in the hope they will be filled in and posted back to them.
The survey consists of five questions, and Sergeant James Evans, from the Citizen Focus Team, says the results will help police “adjust the way we deliver our service should we need to”.
He added: “This is just one element of the work our Citizen Focus Team is currently undertaking to improve the level of service we provide and to ensure we are listening to people and using the information they give us to mould how we do things in the future.”
