STAFF at a building firm swapped their overalls for spooky halloween costumes to raise money for a hospice caring for terminally ill people.
Rok Dartford collected £400 for charity Ellenor Lions Hospice by giving a donation to dress up for work on halloween (October 31) and sponsoring its maintenance manager Don Kempton to wear a giant pumpkin outfit.
This added to the £4,000 the company, based at Crown House Business Centre in Home Gardens, has raised for the hospice in East Hill Drive, Dartford, in the past year.
Rok Dartford office manager Davey Baverstock said: “We are thrilled to support the superb work Ellenor Lions Hospices does.
“Many of us here at Rok have had personal experience of the dedication and commitment that hospices such as this provide at very difficult times.”
