Proposal: Single storey extension for use as classroom, which falls within the Chislehurst Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.

Applicant: Mr Tim Clegg (Bounre Wood Sand and Gravel Ltd)
Proposal: Replacement and relocation of existing quarry workshop and office facilities and relocation of weighbridge with associated hardstanding, parking area and landscaping.
FARRINGLEYS, WESTERHAM ROAD, KESTON (08/03480)
Applicant: Mr Mark Goldberg
Proposal: Demolition of existing house and double garage and erection of two storey five bedroom replacement house and detached double garage.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
