CHILDREN conjured up dragons when a library held a day celebrating all things mythical and magical.
Last Tuesday Swanley Library in London Road showed around 20 youngsters how to make a dragon from coloured paper and encouraged them to borrow books on myths and legends.
The event was part of its Family Learning Festival, which invites children to come along to the library with their parents to learn about a range of topics.
The library’s senior customer support assistant Annette Major said: "We were very happy the event went so well and it encouraged so many children to join the library and start reading.”
