LICENCE dodgers to get Halloween visit shock TV Licensing is warning fee dodgers to expect a visit this Halloween.
From January to September 6,967 licence dodgers have been caught in the county — an increase of 1,500 on the same period last year.
At total of 225 were from Dartford, which is up from last year’s 46, and 412 were from Gravesend, which is up from last year’s 182.
TV Licensing has a database of around 30m addresses in the UK and can pinpoint which are unlicensed.
