YOUNGSTERS dressed up as famous figures as part of their school’s arts week.
All 200 pupils aged between five and 11 at Bickley Primary, School, Nightingale Lane, Bromley, took part in the annual event, which included trips to the cinema, visits from a theatre group, an orchestra and a story teller.
Younger pupils dressed up as characters from nursery rhymes and fairy tales while older children came to school as either a famous author, actor or artist.
English teacher Rae Cairns said: “The week went very well, with all the children getting involved and dressing up in some lovely costumes.
“It’s a week they will remember.”
