RESIDENTS are being given the chance to win a ruby worth £1,000 to celebrate a theatre’s 4oth anniversary.
Woodville Halls in Windmill Street, Gravesend, will be turning 40 on November 15 and to help celebrate the milestone Richard Lukes Jewellers, which is based in the St George’s Centre, is giving people the chance to win a ruby.
To be in with a chance of winning, pick up a competition form at the Civic Centre, the jewellery store or grab a copy of the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs pantomime programme, which is this years Christmas show.
Chris Till, star of CITV and GMTV Kids The Fun Song Factory, BBC Radio Kent’s Paul James and recording artist Victoria Scott, are starring in this year’s pantomime which runs between December 19 and January 4.
Not only is a ruby being offered, but theatre goers can also pick up tickets at 1960s prices which will start from £1.
