COURT LODGE, CHURCH ROAD, CHELSFIELD, ORPINGTON (08/03355) Applicant: Mrs Sarah Needman Proposal: Enclosed tennis court within the grounds of Court Lodge, which is a Listed Building and which falls within the Chelsfield Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
18 MAIN ROAD, BIGGIN HILL, WESTERHAM (08/03443) Applicant: Mr B Shandu Proposal: Change of use to 31 bedroom hotel with single storey infill extension, external alterations, increased parking provision and alterations to existing access at Former Officer's Mess (Renewal of Permission DC/03/02636).
SHEETING FARM, SALTBOX HILL, WESTERHAM (08/03450) Applicant: Mr Richard McKenna Proposal: Continued use of land for recycling of existing inert waste.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
