POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a young man indecently propositioned two schoolgirls in Beckenham.
Two 13-year-old girls were in Elmers End Road by Elmers End Green, when an Asian man in his late teens or early twenties, approached them.
The man started a conversation with the girls then asked them to perform a sex act on him.
He is described as 5ft 9in tall with black spiky hair and wearing jeans and a light brown coat.
Police would particularly like to speak to a potential witness who was in the area at 4.30pm on October 3.
At the time of the incident he was riding a black bike and is described as between 25 and 30 years old, of medium build and wearing jeans and a T shirt.
