A PLANNING application has been submitted for a pub to be changed into a takeaway.

The Welcome All in London Road, Greenhithe, may be changing into a fast food place if planning permission is given by Dartford Council.

Peter Fancote works for Hargreaves and Partners Architects Ltd which has drawn up the plans in the application.

Mr Fancote said he believes the applicant, Mr Chan, of Chaucer Park, Sterndale Road, Dartford, would like to open a Chinese takeaway.

The planning application states the pub is currently owned by Mrs Hazel Kindred of Enterprise Inns plc, based in the West Midlands.
