A CHARITY has opened a shop to sell Christmas cards with proceeds going to 24 different charities in the borough.
The annual shop, which is run by volunteers, is open from 10am to 4pm at Community House, South Street, Bromley, and sells hundreds of different designs as well as wrapping paper.
Last year they raised more than £13,000.
Manager David Sadler said: “We believe that nowhere in south east London offers a better choice in genuine charity Christmas cards.
“Not only that, but customers get a free cup of tea/coffee in the Community House Café as a thank-you.”
